Hi all. Have a problem with my radiators. All of them are only luke warm and not heating up properly. Also dont have much hot water.

I have tried bleedig them all until the water started coming out. No joy with that.

Heating been on for most of weekend but rooms still cold.

Anyone know what the problem might be and whether there is anything I could try before calling someone out.

    Thanks a mill

Is this problem after happening all of a sudden?

You don't mention if it's oil, gas, coal or what. However, it sounds like it's basically working since the water's getting a little warm. Clearly something is telling the system that the temperature is correct which points the finger at a thermostat not doing its job, probably one back at the boiler.
