Hi guys, I'm looking at knocking a few stone walls to make some small fields into a large field, I have read in most cases you have to replace it with the equivalent somewhere else on the farm otherwise it would effect your sfp, but I am not a farmer and receive no sfp, I am a land owner, so do I still need to replace the same amount with hedge rows

I read through that but all I can make out is your sfp would be affected, but as I am not receiving a sfp do I still have to replace the walls or can I be fined some other way

Not 100% but common sense would dictate that it can't effect your SFP if you don't receive any.
