Hi guys, I am new to working with babies and toddlers and am having a lot of difficulty writing observations on this younger age group. Does anyone have any suggestions as what I could look out for to record for a 10 month old? I would really appreciate the help. Thank you in advance. :)

Why don't you ask your supervisor? Or look at what your colleagues write about the kids. If you're new in a job you would be expected to ask questions.
