You can enter the promotional code in your account on the promotional code management page, which you can find by clicking the gear icon

Promotional codes also known as coupons or vouchers offer a credit to an advertiser's account. I get best coupons at SEOBook website that always work because they always provide fresh free ppc ad coupons.
