Hi everyone,

This might sound crazy but I hope someone might be able to help explain. My girlfriend has a Galaxy Alpha, new since Christmas. It was sent back for repair recently because there was a problem where the screen would go black unless pressure was put on a specific point at the back of the phone. Like a look connection of something.
Today she was using her phone on bed, left it on the bed while she went for a shower, came back, and the screen was shattered. Completely smashed like it had been bounced off of concrete.
There was noone else in the house, the phone was in the same position as when she left the room, absolutely no explanation.
Does anyone have any idea how this is possible and what might I argue to Emobile??
