Redacted bank statements acceptable for means test?

    Just a quick query.

    The DSP are looking for bank statements to check my income sources. Is it acceptable to redact the outgoings as I do like to gamble online and bet on horses but I would not like other people to know this.

    I am not concealing where my money is coming form, I just don't want anyone knowing where I spend my money. Is that a problem?

    It would be most unlikely that they would accept that.
