Barge cement or suitable contact adhesive?

Can anyone recommend a supplier for Barge Cement contact adhesive in Ireland (or a suitable substitute for permanent adhesion)? I've been unable to find anything online - I'm hoping to use it in a foam fabrication project (polyethylene closed cell foam sheets) and it's been recommended online.
