Eircom up and down tonight

Hi there, My broadband service is up and down tonight, one minute I have internet the next its gone. Trying to watch RTE player and it keeps loosing signal due to no Wifi because of internet going down. Is this normal, what could the problem be? Thanks

My Eircom eFibre (Greystones Co Wicklow) dropped for about 15 minutes around 9.30pm tonight.

I had similar issue's, rang them and they were able to see that I was losing signal.

They did a reset and all is fine since.

Worth giving tech support a call.
