    Wardrobe?
    Walk-in wardrobe? :)
    Back of a chair?
    Pile on the floor?

Once washed I have one medium stackable box for jerseys, another for shorts, and a third for all others (jackets, caps, socks, underlayers, gloves)

Curious to hear of the other systems out there.

I've always had the best of intentions of doing this.

Due to rental rates on wardrobe space and the fear of asking the misus to empty out one of her 5 wardrobes full of dresses with tags still on. They usually end up like this. :(

Top shelf of the wardrobe. Strewn in any which way.

Gear that's in use is hung up at various places in the bathroom for drying and airing!

They're either in the washing machine, on the clothes horse.. or on me!!

All goes into a crate in my wardrobe, apart from small stuff like gloves and hats which gets left in the garage

I have more bike clothes than regular clothes. The real question is... where do I store my regular clothes?

when I come home from a cycle I leave them on the floor. The next time I see them there washed, dry and laid out ready for use again!

Has no-one else got a butler to do this sort of thing:confused:

I wouldn't trust the butler, tbh.

Wrong temperature wash, biological powder, tumble dryer, etc.

    :pac:

Mine are in a heap in the wardrobe if they're not hanging over the chairs in the kitchen drying out.

I have two large storage boxes, one for summer clothing and one for winter clothing. Theyre stored on the very top shelf of ceiling height built in wardrobes which the missus cant reach so ideal for my stuff. Jackets, gilets and long sleeve jerseys get hung up with regular clothes. I'm very neat.

The butler is much too busy with supervising the running of the household for this sort of thing!

My valet looks after my cycling attire between running my bath and shaving me.

Judging by your stubbly face yesterday, I assume the valet shaves your legs :)

I leave my used clothes on the floor, but find the pile gets bigger until
    A) I can't get out the back door to the shed
    Or
    B) I have no clothes left

At which point I put on a wash and clean the bike.

I have a 'butler stand' herself bought for me years ago to hang a suit on - it's where I keep my 'currently-in-use' cycling gear.

Other stuff is hung on the sliver of wardrobe space I'm allowed and things like base layers, gloves, hats etc are in a box under one of the kid's beds

Mine are in an intertangled ball in a drawer in wardrode. Hats and gloves are all over the place and will probably make themselves known sometime around mid july when i dont need them

Me too. Seasonal separation and hanging with normal stuff. Winter dressing is ritualistic and follow on care and sorting is likewise. My therapist says I am getting better

Have a walk-in wardrobe for my bike stuff. I call it my wiggle room.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 87 ✭✭BremoreDave

Jerseys and jackets are hanging in the wardrobe with small shelves underneath for bibs , base-layers , hats and socks. Overshoes and gloves are under the stairs with the shoes, some more gloves and helmet out in the shed with the bike.
I find it better to spread stuff around so the wife can't do a full cost estimate.

Put these in the wardrobe in the bike's bedroom yesterday... still some fine tuning to be done!
