Error cancellation email from Digiweb

    I received an email from Digiweb yesterday(just noticed it now because it went into my spam folder).

    The email looks legit and is from: customercare@digiweb.ie.

    It says the following: Your cancellation request has been received. This can take from 1 to 10 days to process and your Digiweb service will be cancelled during this time.

    We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom and would like to have the opportunity to provide service to you in the future.

    The email has the correct name and account number at the top.

    I didn't send in a request to cancel and I wont be able to phone them until Monday, has anybody else with Digiweb received one of these before?
