    Hi everyone

I really need advice here...I had an court date today to vary access with my child

I advised the judge during the hearing that my work schedule requires me to work one weekend a month

The judge issued an order for day access 3 Saturdays a month and one Saturday to Sunday in my mother's but I can't facilitate this as I work one weekend...I tried to bring this to attention of the judge when she made her ruling but she cut me off and said she had made her ruling

I cant facilitate this as I work a weekend so this puts me in contempt of court....

Also further point to make she ordered access in my mother's address when my mother wasn't there and she was not asked or advised about this...she took the word of my ex that my mother said it was ok,she is not ok with this and I'm getting a letter from her stamped by her solicitor confirming she did not agree/was asked or made aware of this and is not willing to permit this.

No legal advice but any suggestions on what I do to appeal this, has this happened to someone else before?

    Thanks guys
