Pretty much, we're students in college and have been renting out a house, we didn't sign any contract or agreement at the start of the year though, only gave him our names and phone numbers. We have paid every months rent except this month (February) and are behind on the electricity bill too. We explained the whole scenario to him but he just won't listen and wants us out unless the rent is paid.
During the year a window was also broken and we are in process of fixing it but we won't get it done in time for his arrival, he knows it's broken and was ok with it as long as we fix it.

What I want to know is how much trouble can we get in if he decides to kick us out without some of having the rent paid. And will he get the guards involved about the window or will he just use the deposits to fix it, because he did get a large amount in deposits.

Step 1. Pay the rent arrears.

It kind of reads like you're wrecking the place...

Pay the rent. Stay in the house. Simple answer.

The Gardai won't be involved but I wouldn't hold out hope for that deposit. If you break windows in your accommodation and don't get them fixed then what is the rest of the place like?
