Wedding Dress Worry

    Bought my wedding dress last April in the Bridal Outlet in Baldoyle and have had no issues with them so far. Rang them in January out of curiosity to see if they could let me know in or around when my dress would be in, they told me end of Jan, early Feb at the latest, grand job.

    Yesterday rolls around and still no dress so I decided to give them a quick call, woman takes my details and I can hear her mumbling 'that should have been in by now', then the line goes quiet and all of a sudden very abruptly I'm told that they have to do a chase on the dress (whatever that means) and they'll be in touch with an update.

    Anyone have any experience like this? It's left me kind of worried.

    Oh dear. Give them time to sort it though. How long until your wedding? There are a few off the rack and rush order options if it comes down to it.

    Hoping it doesn't come down to rush orders or off the rack, I could really do without the stress of last minute dress shopping, but if needs must!!

    The wedding is in June, which, I suppose is still plenty of time, but it's less than 4 months until we fly to Malta (which is the date I gave them), which is why I'm worrying! I'll give them time, they've been fine up until now, hoping that it's just a minor glitch!!!
