Half Cut Comedy is a production group has been developed to help revive the stand up comedy scene in the South East. Created by Kieran Walsh, Sean Murphy and Alan Conners. They have set up 3 fantastic stand up comedy nights in Waterford with support from Downes Pub and Central Arts. The nights in Downes Pub start this Wednesday 25th of February, at the low price of just €5 on the door or a €3 concession for students, unemployed and pensioners. There showcase night will then be on in Central Arts on Friday 6th of March, with tickets available on the night but be sure to pre-book to avoid disappointment. You can do so through the a link on there Facebook, just click the 'Book Now' tab. With the support of local businesses, arts scene and the network of comedians that exists within Ireland they hope to having Waterford laughing again.
They will continually help develop local talent while also bringing national talent to our humble shores. More venues are on the cards so watch this space.

Support your local arts scene and experience a different night out. And most importantly, have a good laugh.

Something that's definitely needed is a little comedy.
Some might argue that we have had enough comedy over the last few years
    but enough of my cynicism!
Best of luck in your endeavours!
