Sky Hub "Self Heal" nightmares...

Hi all. My Sky Hub goes into this incredibly useless "Self Heal" page every so often, sometimes once a night, sometime 3 times in a row every 10 minutes. The phone cables going into the Hub look grand. When running the speed seems OK. As usual with these things, it's more likely to happen when I'm using a lot of bandwidth, so I'm assuming it's just crashing in some fashion.
The page itself is a load of ****e. Since it fixes itself after a minute or two I would rather not be redirected at all as I nearly always lose the page I was on with the back button not working either.
Anybody else seen this? The router reset command from 192.168.0.1 or power cycling doesn't stop this happening. Is there a firmware upgrade by some slim chance to fix this?
    Thanks!

Yeah, it's really annoying that it hijacks the page you're trying to go to rather than opening a new tab or at least forwarding to another page, even backspace doesn't overpower it.

How long have you had sky?
It happens me around midnight, the router just restarts the internet/itself I guess maybe twice a week at most.
The first few days it might be more often.

If there's a way to stop it at least showing that page, I'm all ears.

More than a year, but this has only started recently.
I wired the phone socket myself which I initially though might be the problem but it's secure enough and the phone line connected to the hub has never once failed. Makes me think this has nothing at all to do with the wiring.

60-90seconds at a time sounds like loss of sync.

    Call Sky.

Oh that long? I was thinking a few days, it shouldn't be disconnecting as much as you're experiencing.
