Cex Online store Voucher Issue

    Hi all,

    I recently placed an order on the cex website using a combination of a 249 euro voucher and a card payment of 236 euro. It was for an ipad. Anyway, cex sent me a mail telling me they were unable to stockpick the order and they would provide me a refund. Fair enough I have gotten the 236 euro back on my card, but it seems the voucher no. has been incorrectly redeemed, since I tried to buy something with the same voucher no. in one of there stores and was told by the store assistant that it was redeemed. This is really fustrustating. I have sent them a mail and am still waiting to hear back.I'm just wondering has anyone any experience of getting a re issued voucher code from cex?
