Not sure where this fits but my phone is acting up and I'm worried that it has been hacked. It's like someone is at it remotely and scrolling down thro messages etc. Should I get on to my mobile provider or is it anything to do with them? I have avast anti virus for android on the phone.

I had the same thoughts with my phone the other night too. I dropped it by accident and the screen had all these lines going through it and the touch was gone in the screen. The next morning I was able to unlock it and the phone went straight into messages and started sending messages to people, without me touching the screen! It also made phone calls to numbers I did not have saved on my phone.
Resulted in me turning off my phone and Im too nervous to turn it back on..

Chances are your phone has not been hacked.my advice for what its worth,is to get rid of avast.these anti virus apps are mostly codology and contain a lot of third party shenanagins.android has its own built in security in its os.just be sensible what you install on your device and you will be secure

I've seen this before if I use a under powered charger. Are you using the supplied charger or some crappy Chinese one?
