Free Marketing & Web Development in Return for Office Space

    Hi guys,

    Just wondering if anyone has or knows of spare office space, even above a shop or pub etc.

    I am a college graduate and have set up a small marketing company with a class mate - we specialise in marketing and strategy services for small businesses but also provide web design and graphic design services having hired 2 employees, 1 in-house developer and 1 graphic designer.

    Ideally we are looking for a someone who would like to lease out a spare room/office space in Dublin/Wicklow and in return we will handle any online & offline marketing work needed. I know a few companies doing this, including a relatively large agency on Dawson St. so I'm hopeful we can do it ourselves!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
