Folks, Thinking of returning to college to start an Engineering Degree NFQ8. I've already a fairly useless third class hons degree at the moment. Am I entitled to a bean considering I've already a level 8 and want to start another? Current degree has led me nowhere jobs wise and Engineering is the way forward for me…

Current degree has led me nowhere jobs wise and Engineering is the way forward for me (currently working in the sector).

Are you planning on working and studying at the same time? You can claim tax relief on fees. If studying full time, you will not qualify for a grant or BTEA as you already have an equivalent qualification.
