I have been feeding weanling meal to a group of weanlings born last spring (1.5kg each).

I will be selling as stores in the autumn mix hfrs and bulls

Could I replace and feed beef ration instead at this stage, hope to let these out at the end of March

I be knocking them off meal now as compensatory growth will kick in when they hit grass. TBH I have not used a weanling ration at all I have fed a good beef ration all winter if a big price difference.

If they are going out end of March pull the meal before end of Feb.

A decent beef ration will do grand. However if they are top quality stock I'd be inclined to stick with the weanling mix.

+1 beef rations are usually low P and not ideal for young stock

Not unless grass is scarce and you want to stretch it out
