Seems like a pretty cool deal

It would be a good deal, if it actually existed. Its around 150 euro more than what Holiday Pirates claim on those dates.

You can still get low fares if you book direct with https://www.americanairlines.co.uk July 17th to August 8th for 518 euro

The flights have terrible stopovers. Infact you would have to be BONKERS to even try and book that flight. They drop you off in JFK and expect you to get to New York La Guardia, out of US immigration, across New York! and check in, all in 4 hours. An impossible flight to catch unless you are a US citizen, and even then you know you are really pushed for time.

holiday pirates post any old crap now.

I didn't really read it, just the headline.

You're right about them posting any old crap now though

Not so... I'm getting JFK - JFK transfer both ways for 334GBP, long layovers in JFK both ways but not overnight, so really all doable for someone with more time than money...
