My sons car has (genuinely) been off the road since the beginning of September. We never declared it off road as we weren't sure when he would be able to drive it again. Now we know it will be another 4/5 months and in the meantime the siblibgs car will need some work.

Can we transfer his car to his sibling and then back again in a few months even though they are at the same address?
