    Disqualification

You may be disqualified from getting Jobseeker's Benefit for 9 weeks if you:
    • Left work voluntarily and without a reasonable cause

    Do not resign.

Apply for civil aid and put manners on them, it does not sound like they have followed any sensible due process. Expensive behaviour. Very expensive behaviour. Get a solicitor.

This is common in owner managed businesses, including people who are in positions they are not able for. As they say, nothing wrong with nepotism, as long as you keep it in the family.
