Android choices

I've cracked the screen on my s4 (I'm pretty sure that its just the glass and the digitiser is ok). Luckily I have one of those screen protectors so it's keeping the glass in but the cracks are getting longer. I've got a few options but am hoping that there are others I haven't thought of or someone can help me narrow it down.

1) Get the glass replaced. I've been quoted €80 by a place I trust on Aungier St. They could break the digitiser when taking off the galss though or maybe it's worse than I thought and then it's more like €160. At least. I've heard of people having their phones gutted and different parts put in so don't know which places are trustworthy.
2)Do the job myself. I don't think I trust myself.
3)Get a chinese mobile phone. I found a seller on adverts who has Kingzone k1, THL 5000 or Umi Zero each for €245 to €250. I think it will take forever to order from China with CNY. I'm looking for a mob with at least 2gb ram, usable camera, bumper case and decent (at least) battery life. And call quality needs to be good - I got stung with the Jiayu G2S and ended up not making calls for ages.
4)Get a contract. Anywhere doing contracts for less than 24months at €35/month with a decent phone?
