I moved into an apartment last October and have had serious trouble with damp and mould in it,Ive informed the landlord and he's replaced one radiator which hasn't solved the problem I definitely think he knew about this problem before I moved in,I'm signed into a one year lease in the apartment.

At this stage I'm fighting a losing battle with the damp,I've had nothing but health issues since moving in and have had to dump a lot of clothes and stuff over it.I've decided to move out at the end of this month and just wondering what rights I have concerning the one year lease?

    Thanks in advance
