    Hi,

Don't know if anyone else has posted similar thread before but i could find any right answer for my issue.

So, my issue is in relation with the double door between kitchen and living room.

I bought a conner sofa for my living room and place them at the side of the room witch right against the double door. my original plan was to totally replace the door with a wall. However, when i have the sofa in place i think it could be nice to live light go through this area. please see pictures i attached.

I am looking for some bright ideas for modifying the double door to a nice and practical design.

    Please help!!

Everyone is different but if it was my sitting room I'd remove the doors & build the wall up & plaster it. Then you could paint the room a milky cream . To add light to the room place a large mirror on the wall that is facing the window to bounce light around the room. Add cream cushions to the sofa a throw draped over one arm of sofa & i n between the cream cushions a different colour cushion. To tie it all together a large rug in the floor with colours of the cushions & a picture or two on wall will finish the room. It will be all worth it in the end

I agree with above, I would definitely remove the doors. We have a very similar set of doors going from our living room to kitchen and are planning on removing them and having a plain wall instead.
