Nest Install

    Hi

    I am supposed to be getting my nest installed today between 1pm-5pm. However on the original phone call the lady said I would receive a text message or call the morning of installation to confirm. I haven't received anything yet. Can I assume it is still going ahead today?

    Thanks for your post.

    If you contact our Home Services team directly on 1850 30 50 85 they should be able to confirm this for you. Alternatively you can send us your details by private message (including your full name, address, contact number and confirmation that you are the account holder) and we can contact them on your behalf. 

    We would recommend calling however considering the timeframe.

    If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.
