So, anyone know if theres any benefit to being in the military here!?
    Discounts
    free entry
    etc?
    should I carry military ID?
If so, if you're in the RDF does an RDFRA ID count as the DF dont yet issue us with Defence Forces ID cards.

A fair few places like museums offer military discounts as well as places like the Empire State Building. Well worth a shot to ask (although I had no ID when I was over so I've never tried it myself)
Americans have a huge respect for military service. It's pretty much how my boss introduced me to everyone over there so well worth a try.

I have used my DF ID to receive discounts at a number of place's when in USA. Just ask, it's either a Yes or No.
