I failed on "ball joints" worn offside front and "Track rod steering arm" worn offside front. Is there only one ball joint or more? and would i have to replace the whole steering arm or just the ends?

It should say inner or outer for the track rod. And there's only one ball joint on each side.

You'll also need wheel alignment too.

Post up the nct report if you want a more accurate answer.

Re NCT Failures, it states that both failures were "Offside Front" (Drivers Side)
Just ensure that whoever repairs it for you checks that it is in fact this side and not the "Nearside Front") (passenger side). Any failures that I have had were always (firstly) on this side as its running in the roughest part of the road.

My family's Bora failed at 142K miles (in Jan. 2012) on "Steering Linkage (43) Track Rod End Failure, Nearside Front)" ( I replaced both track rod ends and got the wheels realigned).
I dont know if this is the actual fault in yours, but again, your repairer should know this.
