Big Red Book Payroll - Quick question

    I'm new to RBR and I can't find the information I entered in the payroll information report section. The details I entered were processed, payslip and tax deduction card look fine. I'd just like to print off a payroll information report. This particular employee is paid monthly and I used the date that the payroll was processed but yet only 1 month shows up. I've messed around with it without luck. Am I missing something very obvious ?

    Hi,

    If you are a Big Red Book payroll user, you can contact us on 01 2048300 and you have free support too.

    But basically, the Payroll Information Report must have the same date that the payment was processed on, un-tick any periods that don't apply, leaving Monthly as the only option ticked, then the report should display for you.
