Subtitles on UTV Ireland on Sky

    Hi folks,

Could anyone check something for me that has a Sky subscription.

Are the subtitles working on Cornation Street and Emmerdale on UTV Ireland?

My mother is hard of hearing and can only watch it with subtitles on it and likes to be able to record it. The subtitles worked when the channel first went live but haven't now for a while. They are working on other programmes on UTV Ireland (were working on The Chase this evening)

The subtitles are working on Saorview but we can't record off that for her to watch it at another time.

    Thanks.
