The glorious, benevolent and democratically-elected leader of Zimbabwe, Robbert Mugabe, will be celebrating his birthday soon with elephant, lion, impala and a few other animals on the menu. Think the party is being held in a stadium or concert hall.

Would you eat elephant or lion? Where would you draw the line at what animals you'd eat? (desperate circumstances aside) I'd eat the impala no problem...maybe the elephant but not the lion (not a cat person)..

Story pinched from the Irish Times...

i think i draw the line at dog (being a dog owner) and cat (cause they look like they'd taste crap).

I'd eat them all. I eat pig, cow, sheep etc.

Elephant just means I'll eat more.

I'd eat their legs, face, heart. Anything.

    Nom nom nomz

    Huh?

So does eating pork, beef or poultry make you a pig, cow or chicken person?

I would eat animal once it's dead to be honest, but not African bush meat for fear of disease.

Have had Lion twice in the past, about 25 years ago. Wasn't all that great to be honest. Dog was much nicer, but it could have been the preparation as it came in a wonderful sauce.

I'd try any food once. For the most part there's little difference between the meats. For some reason fellow predators don't seem that appealing but I'd try it. There's been none of them that I've tried that would be worth going out of the way for.

Worse than eating what's on the menu would be having to attend full stop :)
