Acrylic wallpaper scuffing supposed to be scrubbable

Help! Rubbish expensive paint!
Just had my house painted with supposed top quality paint and while it looks great the slightest touch and it scuffs or the paint abrades? After hanging a canvas picture, a wall looks like a pencil was taken to it by a toddler.

It's a so called durable water based acrylic paint. I'm about to head back to the shop, where they only sell this brand and where they mixed the paint.


They recommended this as the best quality and scrubbable! Ha!
and i can't fault the painters.

Anyone has similar experience? What are my rights?
