Halfords have an Apollo fusion road bike for 190 in 46 cms.

My 11 year old has one and its grand.

I Had to put the cross top levrrs on so he could pull brakes.

Have a very nice Pinarello Prince sl frame in that size with brand new seat post and brand new handlebars , had it stored for about 8 years and never got around to doing anything with it , will have it up for sale with pics tomorrow
