hi like my title says, what makes you trust a website when your shopping online especially if it's only a new one?

curious as I hope to see up an online shop soon and would like some tips on making sure people don't feel it's a scam or something like iwantthisdeal

On a new website I wouldn't buy anything expensive, unless we are talking about unique items. if not I would prefer to spend more from a website that's been around for a while or adverts.

Include contact details address, phone number and email address (not hotmail) reply to queries with a reasonable amount of time on the same day. Accept paypal as payment as it will cover if item doesn't arrive, availability to track parcel.

Age of the domain registration, if its registered in the country it says it is, what other sites I find it mentioned on if I google the name, payment methods taken.

New sites are always going to be much harder to be seen as reputable than established sites. You'll pretty much have to accept Paypal as well as any other payment methods and absolutely not non-traceable options as preferred in any way. Astroturfing is very obvious too.
