What's a quick way to get photo ID?

Apart from the Guards taking a mugshot after committing a particularly vicious crime :pac: Everything seems to take X amount of working days, but is there you can get in a day where you just go into an office, photo taken, lamination of card - boom, done?

Nothing government issued, I don't believe, so it wouldn't be useful for much, quickest and cheapest would be an age card, I believe.

Some places issue leap cards on the spot but they are not very transparent.
