Just qualified and wondering if this even happens?

Never thought I'd even want to go but now I've qualified I think I want to mark the occasion.

Anyone know if they do grad ceremonies?

When I qualified a couple of years ago there was no graduation but I was invited to a 'new members celebration'.

I didn't bother going but I've heard that it's more of a networking event than anything.

It's a pity they don't do graduations actually, I think there are plenty of people who would like one, especially if they didn't go the college route.

    Congrats btw! :)

Congrats, I've a couple more to do and I'll be holding my very own Graduation party!!

Maybe there is a gap in the market there to exploit!! :)

New members celebration the October after you qualify. Snacks, beer and wine reception and speakers from ACCA Ire. and Int. plus a guest speaker from industry.

    Thanks all.

Think the excitement will have worn off come Oct so I might just celebrate with a meal and family 😊

You could be underestimating the time in will take to do your PER and have it reviewed.
