    I may not be in the club anymore but as I still wear the gear all the time (what, it's good kit) I feel adequately qualified to post about this.

    Entry fees are: €20 for 16 years+ category, €10 for Kids in the 8 to 15 year categories and no entry fee for the younger children.

    4 - 5 Yrs - 100m
    6 - 7 Yrs - 400m
    8 – 9 Yrs 150m 900m
    10 – 11 Yrs 250m 2.5km
    12 – 13 Yrs 350m 3km
    14 - 15 Yrs 450m 3.5km
    16Yrs+ 750m 5km

    Just giving this a little bump prior to Sunday. Adult race starting at 9 now just in case the 8 am start put anyone off!
