Hi I just need a little help on a query,

I have been out of work for months due to medical reasons. I had tried to return a couple of weeks ago but was unable to do so so now I have to leave the job. Will I still have to wait 9 weeks to receive jobseekers allowance or can I get a doctor's note to explain my situation.

    Thanks for any advice

Are you still getting sick certs?

Shouldn't you continue in illness benefit as your unfit for work??

Perhaps you should talk to your GP and go back on the certs.

This. Also why are you leaving the job? Are you being forced to?
