well, volume is area x height, or width x breadth x depth. In this case, that's:
    14in x 6 in x 21 in
    = 35.5cm x 15.25cm x 53.35cm
    = 28882 cubic cm
    = 28.88l

So that's approximately, rounded up, 30l

Basically, you convert your inches to cm, and them multiply the values together - that'll give you cc's. There are 1000 cc (or ml) in 1 litre, so divide by 1000.

Since 1in = 2.54cm, you could pop this in a formula, so that volume in litres is
    ((length/2.54) x (width/2.54) x (height/2.54)) / 1000 litres

where the values are all in inches.
