    How much do motor assessors charge these days to inspect a potential car buy.... average size car

    Depends on who you get really. The AA charge around €200 for a comprehensive check whereas if a mechanic did it as a nixer then it will be alot cheaper, probably well under €100.

    It's the AA standard I'd be looking for...forgot about them!

    Read the AA terms and conditions first. I'm sure there is some sort of ass covering in there too.
