3 year old Toshiba Sat L750D laptop. Recently all videos on fb freeze after 2 seconds, and refuse to play after that. Occasionally I might get a day or two where they play as normal, but more often than not they freeze after exactly 2 seconds. It makes no difference what browser I use, the results are the same. Youtube videos seem to play ok. Anyone encounter this problem,or hopefully have a simple enough solution, as I'm not too gifted with the technical end of things.

Have you tried updating your flash player?

I haven't. Is it easy enough to do?
edit, I think it updates automatically on my system. I searched flash player help, and it seems I'm running the latest flash player.

Which operating system are you using? You could try the system restore option.

Windows7. Turned on laptop this morning and everything seems to be working fine. Maybe it was a one day virus or something. Maybe it just needed the switch off and on trick. :):):)
