Hi what has been people's experience with bord gais and moving house. I set up my account last summer and paid my €200 deposit, paid a bill in October. Never got a bill in December. Moved house at endof January, rang bord gais, gave both meter readings. Old tenants got closing bill based on my meter readings. No sign of…

Hi what has been people's experience with bord gais and moving house. I set up my account last summer and paid my €200 deposit, paid a bill in October. Never got a bill in December. Moved house at endof January, rang bord gais, gave both meter readings. Old tenants got closing bill based on my meter readings. No sign of closing bill from old place or any communication regarding move to new apartment! Is this the norm with bord gais? I rang them during the week and they said it could another week or so!!! Seems a bit excessive to me.
