    Hi all,

Here is a little aid to solar observing and how to do it safely. Not specific to the March 20th solar eclipse in mind, it can serve as a guide to allow beginners see what they can use to observe the Sun safely. Also included in the Articles section on the IFAS website here.

Download the Adobe PDF file via the IFAS website here (direct link, 5.3MB):

    www.irishastronomy.org/images/How%20to%2...Sun%20%28IFAS%29.pdf

Distribute, copy and print it as you see fit!

    Happy viewing,

    Seanie Morris,
    IFAS Chairperson.
