Does anybody know any agency or perhaps even website that advertises work that is strictly casual/short-term opportunities, like e.g. working at a 1 day event or somebody just wanted for a one-off 2-3 day work spell? Many thanks for any tips.

None of them do only short term work.

'Tis a few years back now, but I've had gigs like that through both CPL and Noel in the past.
