PRSI Claim - Leaving Ireland

I have been working in Ireland for nearly two and half years and have made PRSI contributions since the time I arrived. I am returning to my home country (Spain) indefinitely in a few weeks and wonder about all those PRSI contributions made without benefits received.
Is there a mechanism to claim back PRSI payments, or transfer my payments of prsi to another EU country? I'm not sure how this works between EU countries.
Can you help me with this?
    Thanks

You will be able to transfer you contributions paid in Ireland to Spain or any other eu country. You can do it from Spain.
