Guitar Amp Question

I recently bought an electric guitar but as of yet I don't have an amp for it. I was thinking of buying the orange micro terror amp head but my question is, with regards what cabinet I then buy, would any cab I buy work or are only certain ones compatible with that amp head? If compatibility is an issue, what should I look for in a cabinet in order to make it all work?

Id definately get something with a 12" speaker or two even

I have 2 amps at present the Bugera and a jcm 800 clone, while I love the jcm 800 I really miss reverb, but I can do everything on the Bugera with a pedal or 2 and sounds every bit as good if Im honest with myself
The Bugera also has a superb clean channel

If it's your first amp I'd pick up a combo.
A lot handier and for the same money as a head and a cab you'd pick up a decent combo.

Thanks for the replies. By the sounds of it the combo might be the better option. And you are right, it is my first amp however I don't mind spending a bit of money on it as down the line I'd ultimately like to start gigging and would want an amp that could stand up to that.

An alright combo will be fine for gigging. A lot of folks rush out to but this bit f*** you amp for gigs but it's not needed. Amps are mic'd up so sound is more important than size
