Hi, I just got a new timber shed 16x10 and would like to insulate it. The battens are only 2 inches. What would be best way to insulate? Use 25mm kingspan slab with small air pocket front and back. Then sheet over with ply. Plus have vapour barrier between slab and ply. Would this work OK or be a waste of time?

    Hi
No gap between insulation and ply then water/vapour barrier then shed. you can get aeroboard (polystyrene) in 2"/50mm thick sheets not as good as 50mm kingspan but should be quite adequate and a lot cheaper.
If you are screwing the ply to the battens it should make the shed rigid as well.
