was going to buy a 5x5m games room for outside but far too expensive, ive a fuel shed (pic below) that im thinking i could convert into a room for pool table, sofa, xbox etc ..maybe even a projector screen if funds allow ..

it has gaps along the top where air gets in to circulate .. has anyone done this ,i.e converted one? what would i need done, im guessing kingspan, anti drip stuff ..roof insulation and boards, wiring ,dry lining? plastering? i dont know much about stuff like this ... would the open bits where the roof meets the walls be hard to seal up?
would need a new door for the front too as the one thats there is crap ...

    any idea of cost ? its 16ft x 16ft

    said shed ..

I converted a wooden shed to an office and it is still snug after around 14 years. I doubt you would have 16ft inside after insulation. Suggest you would need a layer of insuation under the floor too, and especially in the roof. I put double glazed door and windows (small ones) in my shed and I think that had a lot to do with the fact that it is easy to warm. You might have a condensation problem with metal.
