    Hi,

I'm looking for some help. I recently crashed my car. I slid out in a turn on some black ice in my celica 1998 tried to pull out of the turn, pulled the handbreak n the back of the car slid around hit the curb (which was quite high) and the front followed. Now the back got the worst end of it as I needed to get the whole axel replaced but now the steering is out of alligment.

My question is could that be just the alligment that needs to be done or would you say it most likely something bent ? Does anyone know from experience ? The front of the car only hit the curb lightly n there is no body damage.

    Thanks in advance

There's only one real option here. Hand over 40+ quid to a tyre shop with a full, 4 wheel, independent laser alignment rig and they'll work out exactly whats wrong and where. Something could easily be bent up front too, even at a slow speed, it's still a near tonne of steel throwing an impact force through a small wishbone or shock.

Chassis might be bent and back wheels are no longer following directly be hind the front.
